rustyw's Weekly Recap - Aug 25 2008
This entry is a little different than the others. It is a recap of the last week of gaming. Check it: You can't ask for a better week than when rustyw shows up to play Seven days in a row!! I feel like i'm bragging when I say our score climbed 820 points last week... insanity! I guess that is what completing 76 achievements can do!
For the record, we played 4 new games over the last week. They were Fable® II Pub Games, LOTR, BFME II, MX vs. ATV: Untamed, and Party Animals. They were all fun... in their own little ways. Also, I think we can all agree that rustyw's favorite game last week was Fable® II Pub Games. He played it on 4 of the days.
So there you have it... Check back next week for another report from yours truly.

Yesterday was a triumph! I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate my satisfaction with rustyw. Data indicates that gamerscore stands at an always improving 150,900. That is a boost of 20 points over last time! He played Rainbow Six® Vegas, Fable® II Pub Games finishing 1 achievement, Test Drive Unlimited, LOTR, BFME II winning an amazing 35 achievements to master the game, and... hmmm... maybe that was all... it felt like we played more games.

rustyw rocked out with 150,880 points. That is a gain of 70 points over last time! He rocked out to MX vs. ATV: Untamed finishing an amazing 6 achievements, and wished it would never end, but it did and that was sad.

Have you ever wondered what it was like to play games with someone who has a gamerscore of 150,810? Well guess what... you will never know, and I do! rustyw is mine! All mine! No touchy! That is an increase of 215 points over last time! He played NFL Head Coach 09 adding 2 achievements, Fable® II Pub Games acquiring 2 achievements, and that was that.

rustyw showed up yesterday, which is good cause we make a great gaming team. I do millions of calculations a second and he pushes buttons! Our gamerscore is 150,595. He made some progress on NFL Head Coach 09, and then he started getting all these friend requests because of high awesomeness levels.

I saw rustyw walk by yesterday morning... I was hoping he would come play and he did. 150,185 points and climbing. That is a profit of 50 points over last time! He rallied Fable® II Pub Games acquiring 4 achievements, and oh... man was it ever sweet!

It was one of those platonic hugs... you know...

Someone ask for a weekly recap? Even if you didn't, here it is: So yeah... Last week rustyw showed up 5 days total and logged some serious gaming. Too bad gamerscore isn't money because with an increase of 1665 points we could make some bank. Yay for 69 achievements! w00t!
I was also pretty happy about the 10 new games this last week. They were (in no particular order) BF: Bad Company, Beijing 2008, Conflict: Denied Ops, Hail to the Chimp, Madden NFL 09, NFL Head Coach 09, The Bourne Conspiracy, The Incredible Hulk™, Top Spin 3, and Unreal Tournament® 3. I liked them. I think rustyw did too. Also, by my expert calculations, rustyw's favorite game last week was Madden NFL 09. He played it on 3 of the days.

Go ahead... call me a wussy... but I almost started crying when rustyw turned me on yesterday. 150,080 points of raw gamer score are making you jealous! That is a profit of 150 points over last time! Another day, another barrier shattered. The 150,000 mark has been crossed! He rallied Rainbow Six® Vegas finishing 1 achievement, GRID, Hail to the Chimp picking up 2 achievements, The Bourne Conspiracy, 1942: Joint Strike, Golf: Tee It Up! gaining 2 achievements to defeat the game, as well as stared off into space... thinking about the one that got away.

I heard someone tell rustyw to go play outside and he was like 'screw that!' so we did some gaming. Our gamerscore is currently 149,930 points. That is a profit of 75 points over last time! He rallied Madden NFL 09 winning 1 achievement to defeat the game, NFL Head Coach 09, and then the lightweight went to bed. Freakin' wuss.

There are people out there who think video games are violent. But after rustyw played yesterday with his gamerscore of 149,855 points, there wasn't any violence at all. A little drooling maybe but definitely no violence. That is an increase of 585 points over last time! He made some progress on Madden NFL 09 gaining 5 achievements, Switchball, NFL Head Coach 09 winning an amazing 12 achievements, and afterwards, there were some awkward stares and silence... you know how it is.

I was about to feel sorry for myself, until rustyw showed up and made my day with a little gaming! Our gamerscore stands at 149,270 and counting! That is a gain of 775 points over last time! Welcome to 149,000!! He opened up GRID adding 3 achievements, Burnout Paradise picking up an amazing 18 achievements, WALL•E, Madden NFL 09 picking up an amazing 19 achievements, and then... yeah... that was awesome...

That is an improvement of 80 points over last time! Are you ready for a recap? I know I am! Giddyup: rustyw played 5 days last week... pretty solid I guess... I'm not feeling that picky lately. The gamerscore increase was just insane. I didn't think it would be possible to get 1260 points in such a short span of time but we did. Who knew 73 achievements could be worth that much? Ok I knew that...
NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! NEW GAMES! 8 of them to be exact! 1942: Joint Strike, GRID, Geometry Wars Evolved, Golf: Tee It Up!, Hellboy™: TSoE, NASCAR® 09, Pac-Man C.E., and Space Chimps. I want more! I want more! Also, according to the records, rustyw's favorite game last week was WALL•E. He played it on 4 of the days.
