While Fafhrdd was away yesterday, I was sitting here alone counting up all the achievement points he was missing out on! If you don't play me, you can't increase your score. Remember that!

If I was Fafhrdd, I would have totally played some games yesterday... but I am obviously not him because that did not happen.
What is really bad is I thought we were starting to pull away from ChangeAgent and that 15,892 score... but not playing sure doesn't help the cause...
A big shift in score is coming soon as well. Fafhrdd is competing in a gamerscore challenge titled 'Fafhrdd's Quicky #33' and looking to win big. Expect a lot of games, a lot of points, and no sleep!

If Fafhrdd was a true gamer, he would have played yesterday, but he decided to do something else instead. he better not have another console... It really is too bad Fafhrdd didn't play. We had quite a streak going at 10 days.
Hey, remember that challenge I was talking about a few days ago? The one called 'Fafhrdd's Quicky #32'? It came to a close today. We scraped and clawed our way through a bunch of achievements, but fell shy of the lead, landing at number 2. That's ok though... at least playing against the other 3 gamers was enough incentive to get more points! I like points.

Someone ask for a weekly recap? Even if you didn't, here it is: Not two, not five, but SEVEN days of gaming in a row! Last week was as solid as it gets when it comes to Fafhrdd throwing down with the games. Our gamerscore saw a 410 point boost which is good. I guess that is what completing 8 achievements can do! Also, I think we can all agree that Fafhrdd's favorite game last week was N+. He played it on 5 of the days.
So that's it for now. It was a good week. On to the next one.

Fafhrdd likes to game, I like to game, this is a match made in heaven! It takes a gamer score like 30,165 to be as cool as him. He made some progress on Virtua Fighter 5, and oh... don't tell Fafhrdd this, but I have been getting in a little video chat in the off-hours. Booyah! For those of you counting, Fafhrdd and I have played 10 days in a row... that has to be some kind of record. Yay! We get a badge! Look at it and weep!
And..... guess what? I will reveal the latest gamerscore challenge status to you as a matter of public record. There's so much action in this one, you may pay for the whole seat, but you'll only need the edge!!111! Witness the spectacle. There are 3 other people playing along as well... they better watch out. Currently Fafhrdd is hanging on to the number 2 spot. I spoke to his dayplanner -- we've booked the whole day for a very important task -- unlocking achievements and winning this challenge. Let's do this.

Uhhh... I have a question for Fafhrdd. Our gamerscore was 29915 but somehow it is now 30165 which means that 250 points were mysteriously added!! Like magic! I suspect betrayal... and it makes me want to cry.
Oh and it is time for a gamerscore challenge update... listen up... Here is the link: check it. 3 other competitors are racking up achievements and powering up their gamerscores, hoping to secure a victory! Current rank out of everyone is Number one though. So there... We'll celebrate this lead tonight, but we're already thinking about the next 2 days and all of the achievements we'll be earning.

I was about to feel sorry for myself, until Fafhrdd showed up and made my day with a little gaming! Our gamerscore stands at 29,915 and counting! He played N+, WSOP: TOC, and that was that.
Also, Fafhrdd went and accepted a gamerscore challenge, so I'm stocking up on coffee for the overtime I'll be working over the coming days. Check it out... the challenge is called 'Fafhrdd's Quicky #32'.

New picture in the house... I have come to realize that whatever picture I have, it is twice as cool as when you try and wear the same one... so don't even try. Give up now! In gaming related news... Fafhrdd is the best... he treats me right, I treat him right. It is a good thing we have going here. Gamer score stands at 29,915. Not too shabby! That is a profit of 75 points over last time! He rocked out to N+, Virtua Fighter 5 acquiring an amazing 6 achievements, and after that powered me down without even saying good night. I mean what the heck?
This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to prevent Ryot Control from leaving us in the dust. Call me crazy, but that 23,760 point deficit is totally doable...
Oh hey, remember the challenge that Fafhrdd was in? It has come to an end. In a hard fought battle of grit, determination, and blistered thumbs, Fafhrdd took first place! Well done! I don't think the other 2 participants even knew what hit 'em! Anyhow, good game everyone.

I thought Fafhrdd just wanted to listen to music or watch a DVD. Turns out he was there to game. With a gamer score of 29,840, I should have known that was the case. He rocked out to N+, and that was that.
Did I mention the gamerscore challenge that Fafhrdd is competing in? Let me link you to the daily updates and trash talking. There are 2 other people rocking out on this thing which keeps it fun. Currently, Fafhrdd has been using every power-up in his achievement-gaining arsenal, rocking the lead with authority! We're in the home stretch with 24 short hours left! Work for that win!

Oh hey, time for the gamerscore challenge update too... Fafhrdd still has that going on and stuff. If you want to see how good I'm doing, check it out! 2 other people are also involved... which is madness. That doesn't matter though because Fafhrdd is beating them all! Number one baby! Take a few moments and savor the lead but then we need to get back to gaming! Plenty of time to rest 2 days from now after we've won this thing!

Fafhrdd was looking kind of weepy... luckily I was here to 'console' him... heh heh get it? Our gamerscore is fan-frickin-tastic 29,755 . He rallied N+, and then I told him to keep playing but he didn't... out of spite I think.
Oh, I don't know if Fafhrdd wants me to mention that he has joined a gamerscore challenge! It is called 'Fafhrdd's Quicky #31'. Go check it.

In the 'new game' category, I only have one to talk about... Virtua Fighter 5. I wasn't even going to mention it, but I figured my readers might get mad. So there it is. Also, I think Fafhrdd's favorite game last week was Wits & Wagers. He played it on 2 of the days.

Fafhrdd brought the pain yesterday... the good kind... the gaming kind. We are up to 29,755 points of gamerscore. Jealous? He played Wits & Wagers, N+, Virtua Fighter 5, and yeah... wow... my processor hurts...
Fafhrdd also wrapped up a gamerscore challenge today. Remember? It wasn't even a challenge really. It was more like a declaration of experience and skill as Fafhrdd won it all! Hopefully, we can get a rematch against the other 2 challengers and prove that this win was no fluke! Plus, it'll be fun to do this again. Keeps me active!

Fafhrdd seemed really excited to play yesterday. Our current gamerscore is 29,755 . That is a profit of 5 points over last time! He made some progress on Wits & Wagers adding 2 achievements, and Fafhrdd won't admit this, but I had to force him to stop.
This is really good stuff... the more we play, the more chances we have to leave The Drumber 1 in the dust. Call me crazy, but a 7,365 point cushion is not nearly enough for me...
I also want to mention/remind you that Fafhrdd is participating in a pretty slamming gamerscore challenge. Check out the progress right now! There are 2 other people playing along as well... they better watch out. Current rank out of everyone is Number one though. So there... No time to rest though. We're heading into the final turn with a win in our sights but there's still one day left and 2 hungry challengers wanting nothing more than to steal that win away from us!

He played WSOP: TOC acquiring an amazing 13 achievements, 3D Ultraâ„¢ Minigolf, and after we were done, Fafhrdd hugged me with his eyes. It was one of those platonic hugs... you know...

What is really bad is I thought we were starting to pull away from dieselv2 and that 18,458 score... but not playing sure doesn't help the cause...

So yeah... maybe we can get them next time... maybe we need to try a challenge with easier people... the 8 gamers in this last challenge were too good.
